I’ve said this before but I must reiterate.
I love Mei Hong Yuen’s (the one in Ion. Convenience +air-con!) version of Chendol Snow Ice. It’s just another example of a foreign dessert, made local.
We like ours drizzled with lots of gula melaka. I find having the entire tube at hand very useful, because we always need a few more squirts of the gula melaka every now and then!
PS. don’t hesitate to ask for more red bean, they are quite nice about giving top-ups ;)
